Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:

Loose or Fallen Gemstones: If a gemstone falls out due to a defect in the setting.
Broken Clasps or Fastenings: If a clasp, earring back, or other fastening mechanism breaks due to a manufacturing defect.
Defective Components: Any other component of the jewellery that fails due to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace any defective item free of charge.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage resulting from daily use, including scratches, tarnishing, and discoloration.
Loss or Theft: Items that are lost or stolen.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care (e.g., exposure to chemicals, impact against hard surfaces).
Alterations: Any modifications or repairs performed by a third party not authorized by Mine of Design.
