Terms and Conditions
Mine of Design as a team is excited about expanding into the new markets!
We welcome all shops that want to add the element of charming, exquisite, one-of-a kind unique fun jewelry to their boutiques! We are more interested in building a long-term relationship then to sell to you just one time.
Minimum Order:
First time orders have a minimum of $ 300 and all reorders have $ 200 minimum for WHOLESALE TRADE ONLY. A RESALE NUMBER IS REQUIRED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER.
Payment:
First time orders, balance is prepaid.
In order to accommodate our clients. we accept payment by cash, certified funds (US), or MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards.
Upon credit approval, reorders and consecutive deliveries are invoiced at the time of order with full and final payment.
Shipping and handling charges are added to final invoices.
For Custom Design a limited initial consultation is free of charge. Our fees vary according to the complexity of each case. After consultation we will quote you a fee. |
Credits/ Exchanges:
Once merchandise is ordered cannot be returned or refunds. Exchanges are extended upon approval. Merchandise credit is offered for damaged merchandise, exchanged merchandise and incomplete orders.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may fluctuate slightly according to availability and current market prices of individual stones and silver. The size of the individual piece of jewelry may also affect the price.
Shipping and Delivery:
Orders received are delivered within 30 days of the date of the delivery, unless specified otherwise. Faster delivery is available upon request and subject to a charge of 5% of the order. Due to some stones or materials unavailability, substitute stones or materials will be consistent with the collection and left to the designer’s discretion. The custom made orders might take as long as 8 weeks but as we are always told when we deliver that it was worth the wait.
Incomplete orders are charged as full order and delivered upon production.

The merchandise in our catalog represents only a small portion of our inventory. Please note that jewelry styles pictured may vary slightly due to the uniqueness and availability of the individual stones. If you are looking for something special, let us send you an order of our new unique pieces, satisfaction guaranteed. If you have questions regarding our products, or want to ask about volume discounts, please call today.
You may contact us Monday through Friday 11:00 AM through 7:00 PM EST to speak to a firm representative. At all other times, messages can be left which are generally returned within the next business day. The firm accepts email communications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
